Paul is a veteran Organization Development consultant with more than 35 years of experience working with senior executives in pursuit of operational excellence.

Paul’s unique career includes both 35 years of progressive responsibilities within one of America’s iconic organizations, The Hershey Company, as well as being the Principal of Kreider Associates, a boutique Organization Development consulting firm since 1996.

He has counseled CEO’s on issues ranging from strategy to organization design to leadership. Paul has worked successfully in the following industries: packaged consumer goods, state and federal government, education, hospitality, healthcare, technology, as well as the National Football League.
